Dr. Harry Chapman, a founding member of Chapman Schewe Benefits Consulting (merged with Higginbotham in 2013), brings extensive expertise in contract negotiation, due diligence, and joint venture management.

Dr. Chapman has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Desire Street Ministries, YMCA, and Arc of Katy. His corporate board roles include Fortune 500 companies, and he has held public office as City Councilor, School Committee Chairman, and Mayor of Northampton, MA.
