As a seasoned leader with a rich history of heading tech in Fortune 500 companies, including a recent role as the Senior Vice President of Server Software at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Scott brings over 40 years of experience. His extensive skill set has consistently delivered successful outcomes, overseeing the planning, development, testing, and launch of applications and firmware that have collectively generated billions of dollars in revenue.

Dr. Harry Chapman, a founding member of Chapman Schewe Benefits Consulting (merged with Higginbotham in 2013), brings extensive expertise in contract negotiation, due diligence, and joint venture management. Dr. Chapman has served on numerous non-profit boards, including Desire Street Ministries, YMCA, and Arc of Katy. His corporate board roles include Fortune 500 companies, and he has held public office as City Councilor, School Committee Chairman, and Mayor of Northampton, MA. An entrepreneur, he has launched and sold ventures in retail, healthcare, and wellness. Previously, he held senior leadership roles at CIGNA, EQUICOR, and Lincoln National. Dr. Chapman earned his bachelor’s from Amherst College and an MPA and Ph.D. in Business Management from the University of Massachusetts.
